Do you offer green or eco-friendly cleaning?

Yes, green cleaning options are available upon request. Just let us know when you book and we'll make the switch—safe for your family, kids, and pets.

How do I pay?

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cashless payment methods—no need for cash or checks.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied, report any issues within 24 hours and we will make it right—no hassle, no runaround.

How do I cancel or reschedule?

We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

Not at all! Many of our clients provide access instructions and go about their day. We just ask that access is arranged at the scheduled time—a lockout fee may apply if we're unable to enter.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Little Rock and the surrounding Central Arkansas area. Contact us if you're unsure whether we cover your location.

Can you move heavy furniture?

For safety reasons, we do not move heavy furniture. Please ensure all areas to be cleaned are reasonably accessible and free of excessive clutter before your appointment.
